What drew you to yoga? I felt my body suffocating from self imposed stress - trying to build a bigger business, be a better husband, and be a perfect father. The answers I needed could not be found in the books I had studied or the techniques I had practiced in my 15 years as a health coach. My body was demanding a deeper, soulful connection to pull me out of the quicksand I found myself in.
Favorite Pose? Corpse (savasana) because it reminds me to “just be”.
What excites you? The potential adventure that each days brings. If you told me five years ago that I would spend each morning chanting mantras, breathing like a lion, and dancing in the dark, I would have laughed hard. But here I am.
